Introduction
Character Name: Munireon.

Publicly known alts: Munira , Moonear

Class: Priest.

Armory Link: http://www.wowarmory.com/character-shee ... n=Munireon

First Name: Munir (Moe,Muni).

Age: 18.

Are you currently a Park Visitor? Nope.

WoW Background
Previous Guild: Evil That Men Do (ETMD)
Date joined: Winter of 2007, cannot be sure about the exact date.
Date of departure: July, 2008.
Reason for leaving: Guild was disbanded, and I stopped played for the rest of that Summer and that Fall.
Class played while in guild: Priest.
Please list any references from that guild that we may contact: Ace (Arles, Clementia, Teserac, Wachalango) Rex (Orexxar).

Please describe to us in detail both your mainspec and offspec for raiding and how they will benefit the raid over other specs.
My mainspec is holy. I believe that holy is the best raid healing spec in the game. I think holy priests are in par with druids/shamans with raid heals. I've raid healed many times, and I think I do better or as good as druids/shamans. I've loved priest ever since my friend introduced me to the class back then in 2006. Ever since, I've done SSC, TK, early bosses in MH and after all those, I know that holy is the spec for me. My offspec is shadow. With the new patch and duel specialization, I've known to see barely any or no shadow priests in raids. With my good shadow gear, I've seen to push 3k+ dps and with the lack of dps, I may ask to switch specs, and get another healer to take my spot. My opinion of shadow priests are that they are needed in raids, atleast 1, because a good mix of classes is better than bringing alot of one class.

Please describe to us your gear for both your mainspec and offspec and explain what gems are in both sets of gear and why you chose those gems.
My gear for holy is 25 man except my belt and trinket. The gems I put are +9Spell/+8Intelect, +19Spell, and +16Spirit. I put these gems because I they are, in my opinion, the most needed gems for a holy priest. My shadow gear I try to stack hit as much as possible for the hit cap for Spriests. After that I try to stack either Spell/Spirit or plain spell.

Why do you play World of Warcraft?
This game is looking better year after year and I've not been able to get off the hook of it. Even after I stopped, I've seen the WOTLK open up, and I couldn't stand and let the experience go by. Raiding, the awesome friends, and definitely the experience are worth playing WoW.

Why did you choose to apply to Park Balance?
I remember in BC you all were top with Method, Death Wish, and maybe more as my mind is vague. My guild has told me that they are trying to get with you all and they told me that Park Balance is an excellent guild to progress with and that they are mind focused on their objectives. I like to get things done with, definitely new content (ulduar). Being able to down the whole instance in the first month or maybe week and being able to be part of that guild is a must in my book, I know that if I can be part of your guild, I will see this come true.

How did you find out about us?
Like I said before, my guild at the moment (BIood Omen) is having difficulties with people leaving left and right, and raids not happening. They have told me to check you all out.

Are there any members from Park Balance that can be contacted for a referral?
Nope.

Activity
Will you ever be unable to attend any of our scheduled raids? (please describe why and when)
Yes, I will be able to attend your raids. Thing is I'm in school at the moment, last year of High School, yet I still stay up for WoW. I practice the religion of Islam, and my parents have taught me strict to practice and follow its guidelines. I have to pray 5 times a day and one of the times is at night, which I usually pray at your raid times. Praying usually takes 5-10 minutes tops. Also I work with my dad, and he doesn't close till 9 eastern, which is 8 server. My dad calls me at random times, so if he does call, I can't tell disrespect him and tell him no. I got to go and help him if he does need.

Your Background

Do you play any other computer or console games?

Please describe to us your responsibilities outside of World of Warcraft:

I play Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne, I also play XBOX. My schedule will be tight in the coming couple months. I have to be focused on school, and with graduation coming, it will be tense to focus on WoW and school.

Raiding Experience

Please describe your knowledge and experience with all Raid content in Wrath of the Lich King, The Burning Crusade and Vanilla World of Warcraft.

I have most of SSC, and some of TK down. I have the first 4 bosses in Hyjal down too. In WOTLK, I was a little casual, yet I wanted to do "hard' modes on Sarth. Our guild wasn't capable of doing such.

Ulduar is the newest hot topic raid instance. What encounters have you educated yourself on from this instance? Please give us a brief explanation of at least one of the fights from this instance.

I have read most of the boss fights. One fight I have really looked into is Kologarn. 2 hands and the main body. Each part doing their own special ability. Need 2 tanks to switch aggro and taunt off of each other like Gluth. I to heal why very concentrated on which tank has aggro. One hand grabs hold of a random target and starts doing damage, one of the healers has to heal through while dps brings that arm down before that person dies. The other arm is a shockwave, a massive raid damage.

What sources do you use to attain information on raid encounters you have not yet completed? (please provide specific URLs)

Wowwiki
ElitistJerks
Stratfu
Tankspot

What amount of time do you feel is long enough to spend wiping on a new encounter before it would be wise to call the raid for the night and come back another day?

I believe there is no amount of time spending on wipes before calling a raid. Each wipe brings wisdom to each player, bringing the raid closer to the goal.

What is your opinion of the raiding achievements blizzard has added to the game?

I think it's very challenging. "Hard" modes like sarth shows which guilds are top and which guilds aren't. Seeing if you can down a boss without doing a certain thing shows how much your guild was grown.

PVP Experience

None whats so ever.

Technical Feasibility

Please describe the computer(s) [technically] and surrounding environment you play in:

Play in a desk, with a desk lamp. My books are surrounded by me and I use earphones instead of speakers.

Do you ever experience FPS lag?

Yes, but i'm very use to it. I play in FPS lag all the time, definitely when there are too many things going on at one time.

Do you ever get disconnected from the Internet? If so, why?

None.

Do you currently own a full working version of Fraps?

Nope.

Do you own any video editing software? If so, are you familiar with it?

Nope.

Would you be interested in assisting with guild video projects?

Yes, but I have no experience with it =C.

Bonus Points
What do you think "Park Balance" means? Be creative and have fun.

Well I think it relates to Balance druids, yet Park maybe sitting in the park? So I'm thinking of Balance druids sitting out in the park, like in a guild, they are left out.

Plz contact me ingame. Your times conflict. I would like to ask a few questions about raiding and your intentions. This is not an acceptance or a deny.
